Michael is the Chief Executive Officer of Guardify Insurance. Prior to founding Guardify, he held executive leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies where he was primarily responsible for implementing growth and underwriting strategies to deliver profitability. A dynamic strategist, Michael understands the complexity of running large divisions for sales, product development, actuary/underwriting, and distribution. He has been instrumental in growing new lines of business and creating multiple distribution channels, while improving margins for existing lines of business with over $1 billion in annual revenue. He credits his family and co-workers for 100% of the success achieved.

Lindsay graduated from University of Arkansas with a B.A. in Criminology and Sociology. After living in Arkansas for several years, she now resides in her hometown of Conroe, Texas. Lindsay joined the Guardify team in 2021, where she started out in sales and administration, and now serves in her current role as Director of Operations. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time outdoors and volunteering with her church’s community program for children and adults with disabilities. Lindsay also has two energetic and lovable dogs, a Catahoula named Leo, and a Pitbull named Sadie.

Rebecca is the Director of Marketing and Communications at Guardify Insurance Group. She has a diverse professional background in marketing, design, publishing, and education in both domestic and international markets. She uses creative vision and technical problem-solving to help brands achieve strategic objectives. Originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, Rebecca now lives in Anderson, Texas.

Brian joined Guardify in 2023 as Commercial Lines Manager. Before Guardify, Brian held roles in both sales and service with Farmers Insurance. He carries licenses in Life & Health (CA), Property & Casualty (TX), and is also licensed to originate loans through NMLS. Brian also has a background in law, and worked in the court system prior to his insurance career. He holds a double-major B.A. degree in Public Administration and Criminology from University of Arizona. Originally from Orange County, CA, Brian and his wife Kathleen married in 2023 after moving to Conroe, TX. Brian enjoys outdoor activities, video games with friends, playing basketball, and spending quality time with his wife and Bobby, their Havanese puppy.

Raymond joins Guardify from a strong background in insurance and technology. Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, Raymond has worked with national insurance companies as both Sales Director and Senior Sales Agent. Originally from Chicago, IL, he now lives with his family in San Antonio, TX. Outside of his current role, Raymond enjoys working out, combat sports, and watching his son compete in Juventus Academy club soccer. Raymond holds a B.A. degree in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio.

Annabell brings a proficient administrative skillset and strong insurance background to her role as Guardify Account Manager. Since 1993, Annabell has specialized in insurance account management, having served as Agency Manager & Office Manager with Federated, as well as Office Manager & Service Assistant with Petro-Ag Insurance Agency. Prior to her career in insurance, Annabell served in the U.S. Naval Reserves for 8 years. Born in San Antonio, raised in Houston, and currently living in Spring, she is truly a native Texan. Annabell’s favorite weekend activities include bowling, fishing, and above all, spending time with her 3 grown children, 11 grandchildren, and their families.

Our primary employee benefits specialist, Theresa is a multitalented administrator and office manager, serving Guardify in multiple capacities including agent support, customer support, and licensing. Prior to joining the Guardify team in 2010, Theresa had established her career in insurance with First National Life & Health. Originally from Fort Worth, Theresa now lives in Haltom City, TX, where she enjoys spending time with her two sons and their families. Theresa is blessed with 4 grandchildren (3 grandsons, and 1 granddaughter).
